Stop and Listen!

A few days ago, I finished a book called "P.S. You're Not Listening".
In this book, the author tells the true stories of five children that have been given a bad reputation and the trials and tribulations leading to a common goal.

The children acted out in class, and the teacher tried to help them through their problems. Each student kept on telling her that she was not listening. As Eleanor Craig helped her students , she noticed their respective progress.

This is exactly how God wants us to be. He wants us to pause and listen to his son Jesus; Who was sent to help us learn what our true worth is. God knows the plans he has for us. As Christians, sometimes we don't want to take the time to listen, Nor do we think that God is listening either. However, when we hear that still, small voice, which speaks deeply into our hearts, and we start following what God wants for our lives, we truly will find that which God meant for us.

I have seen many things happening in my life, which sometimes overshadow what God wants for my life and for the lives of those whom I have met.

But as I listen to that still, small voice, I realize that God has so much more for me as well as for those with whom I have come into contact.

That is why I implore you to stop and listen.
For God wants the best for each and everyone of his children.
Let us always take the time to talk to God. He really is listening to everything that we are saying!
